01
Where it started
The business was growing. The books were in the hands of the owner's wife.
This $4M tiny home and ADU builder had no finance team. The owner's wife was doing the books, and the owner wanted to take them off her plate.
02
What we did
We came in as fractional controller and bookkeeper, with end-to-end support for accounts payable, accounts receivable and the month-end close.
Every week we run a cash flow review and a work-in-progress (WIP) review. Every month we run a financial review.

Where it stands now
In 2026 the company grew to $7M. The owner did not have to make internal hires to keep up with that growth.
His wife stepped away from the business entirely, and now spends her time on other things.
